Understanding our return process
Full payment is due at the time an order is placed. For first-time customers placing pre-orders, a minimum 50% deposit is required to secure the order. Same-day pickup is available by appointment only, and in-store appointments are also available with cash accepted. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, all order details must be provided in full at the time of purchase.

To ensure accuracy and efficiency, all order details must be provided in full at the time of purchase. Please note that Beauty and Beyond Palace states that all sales are final, refunds aren't allowed only exchanges. Exchanges are based on speific circumstances.
Exchanges and store credit
While we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit may be provided if requested within 24 hours of receiving your item. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us immediately at 857-772-4296.
Pre-order policy details
At Beauty & Beyond Palace, we strive to provide accurate pre-order timelines. However, pre-order processing and delivery times may occasionally be extended due to supplier delays that are outside of our control.
Should an unexpected delay occur, customers will be notified promptly and will receive a complimentary store coupon as a token of appreciation for their patience during the extended wait period.
